SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping for all orders. Orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Exchanges & Returns:

We want you to love your gettaBAG. Pretty simple, right? If you’ve have any issue, you can always exchange or return your order so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or visible wear), and in their original packaging.

  2. Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Contact us to get started on an exchange or return.

For exchanges, we will issue you store credit upon receiving your original order.
 

We try to be as fair and accommodating as possible, but reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Please Note: Costs associated with the return of an order are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice to avoid further taxes and duties. Refunds to credit cards we deduct $10 to cover handling and restocking costs.

All prices are listed in USD.

Returns sent after 14 days of submitting a request will automatically be processed as a return for store credit.

International Orders:

International orders ship via this method at checkout:

Duties may be due upon delivery – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.

 

Address Changes:

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your items arrive to you as soon as possible. Because of this, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to change the shipping address, but we can't always catch it in time.

Defects/Flaws:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please shoot us a note at info@gettabag.com so that our team can help.

What if I refuse my order?

Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is $25 per return.

Risk of Loss:

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, gettaBAG. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when gettaBAG, Inc. delivers these items to the carrier.
